SmartPanics provides a comprehensive platform for personal safety monitoring, suitable for individuals, families, or corporate groups. The app is linked to a service provider that operates a monitoring center, located within a private security firm or a public government agency. It sends alerts containing precise map locations, photos, audio recordings, and video clips as evidence of any incidents.

The application offers various features:

• Police, fire, and medical panic buttons with real-time geographic positioning notifications, sound alerts, and images of emergencies (MY ALARMS)
• Management of alarm panels, including activations and deactivations (MY ACCOUNTS)
• Virtual guardian that provides route guidance and time tracking from one location to another (ON MY WAY)
• GPS tracking of all owned vehicles (MY VEHICLES)
• Viewing and control of video security cameras (MY CAMERAS)
• Receipt of all events and alerts via PUSH messages (MY MESSAGES)
• Tracking and monitoring of family groups, including geofence notifications for entries and exits, speed limits enforcement, inactivity detection, and cell phone battery status checks (MY GROUP)
• Configurable alert reporting to the control center (MY ALERTS)
• Locating a stolen cell phone using SmartPanics installed on another group member's device
• Integration with an external Bluetooth SOS button connected to the cell phone

Your designated service provider will supply you with a QR code to activate the app at the monitoring center. If you do not have a provider yet, you can select one directly through the app. Once activated, you can easily add group members by generating individualized QR codes.
